As a Distributor, you can now sponsor two persons as your business partners by making them distributors. You will get the following commission as your direct income. The figure referred here shows that your two business partners have been defined as Team A (Left) and as Team B (Right). This definition of left and right is very important for calculating your team commission. |

The Main attraction of this Business plan is its team Commission. You will get the commission as per the following table on new joining of distributors under your team. Further you will be designated and promoted to various stages as your business grows (As your total number of Sale increases) as shown in the table below.
Incentive: You will get the incentive as mentioned in the following table at various stages and as per the time limit.

| You will be entitled for the commission under Cut Off method from all the stages i.e. from stage 1 to stage 7 as mentioned in the table above. But to reach or to get promoted you have to maintain the ratio of either 2: 1 or 1: 2 |

Additional Team Entitlement |

When you reach at 1st stage, you will be qualified to open a new leg / Team directly under you, which will be identified as your Team C. Similarly on reaching at 2nd stage, you can open a new leg / team D, on reaching 3rd stage, a new leg / team E, on reaching 4th stage, a new leg/team F, on reaching 5th stage, you can open a new leg/ team G, on reaching 6th stage, a new leg/ team H and on reaching 7th stage you can open a new leg/ team I.
After reaching 7th stage, you can open further leg from J to Z but, it is compulsory that at least two teams from your C to I teams must reach the 5th level. Team Z is the last and final team of this Business Plan.
Here it is to be noted that joining under new Legs / Teams will entitle you only for the Stage Commission and the same will neither be counted for your stage promotion and nor for the incentives. |

Stage Royalty |
 |
When you achieve Progress Executive status or above (it means you reach at 4 th, 5 th, or 6 th stage), you will be qualified to share of this stage royalty with other qualifiers equally. The company shall take out the following amount from each new sales of the company and it will be distributed equally.
To have eligibility for this Royalty, a PE / PD / PED need to maintain a minimum personal BV of 200 per month. |

Global Royalty |

When you become a Progress Chief Director, you are entitled for this Royalty. An amount of Rs. 50 will be taken out from each new sale/joining of the company and will be distributed amongst all Progress Chief Directors in the company equally. To have eligibility for every month Royalty, a PCD needs to maintain a minimum personal BV of 500/- per month.
